Let’s have some healthy snacks!
Today I am here with 2 healthy wrap recipes. These are high in protein and
very healthy.

Veg Wrap
·      
Lettuce (लेटिष)/ Cabbage (गोभी)
·      
¼ cup corn (मक्का)
·      
½ cup cottage cheese/ paneer (chopped)  (पनीर)
·      
1 small onion (finely chopped) (प्याज)
·      
1tsp ginger (finely chopped)  (अदरक)
·      
½ of a tomato (finely chopped) (टमाटर)
·      
1 green chilli(finely chopped)  (हरी मिर्च)
·      
Salt to taste (नमक)
·      
¼ tsp black pepper (काली मिर्च)
·      
1 tsp tomato
sauce / ketchup (
टोमेटो सॉस)(optional)
·      
½ of a lemon (नींबू)
·      
½ tbsp Oil (तेल)

Non-Veg Wrap
·      
1 small onion (finely chopped) (प्याज)
·      
½ of a tomato (finely chopped) (टमाटर)
·      
1 green chilli (finely chopped) (हरी मिर्च)
·      
Salt to taste (नमक)
·      
¼ tsp black pepper (काली मिर्च)
·      
1 tsp tomato
sauce / ketchup (
टोमेटो सॉस)(optional)
·      
½ of a lemon (नींबू)
·      
1tbsp Oil (तेल)
·      
½ of a Capsicum(finely chopped) (शिमला मिर्च)
·      
2 cloves garlic(finely chopped)  (लहसुन)
·      
150g boneless
chicken (
मुर्गी)
